Our Ladies Beginner Pistol II course was created based on feedback from women who have taken our basic Ladies Beginner Pistol classes from us in the past. Many of these women wanted to continue their training, but weren't quite ready for our all day Dynamic Pistol 101 level classes.
This class picks up where the basic Ladies Beginner Pistol classes leave off to help you expand your fundamental shooting skills, improve your confidence and prepare you for our next level courses like our Dynamic Pistol 101.
*We are in the process of scheduling our next course date(s). Please contact us if you'd like to be added to our waiting list for an upcoming class.

Ladies Beginner Pistol II
Our Ladies Beginner Pistol II course is perfect for women who have had entry level training and are ready to expand their skills. This class was created based on feedback from women who have taken a basic Ladies Beginner Pistol course and those who have gone on to take our more advanced classes out on the range.
Although this class is designed to be a next step up from our basic Ladies Beginner Pistol course, taking a beginner course prior to this class is not necessarily a requirement. It is expected however, that students have some experience with their firearm and be safety conscious. In this course, ladies will get a safety brief and review the fundamentals of pistol marksmanship. Once those have been re-established, we will advance to live fire training where the instructors and coaches provide input and help with any corrections needed to help students improve their skill level and gain confidence with their firearm. Toward the end of the class students will learn about quality equipment to help them prepare for next level training including holsters, belts, and magazine carriers. This class is a perfect bridge to our Dynamic Pistol 101 and Dynamic Pistol 202 courses where students will learn to draw from a holster and perform other more advanced drills to become even more confident and proficient with their firearm. This is a 3-hour class that will be held at Douglas Ridge Rifle Club on the silhouette range. At this range students will have a covered area to shoot and their own table to set their equipment on. Although there will be cover overhead, the range is outdoors so students will want to dress accordingly based on the weather conditions. I also recommend bringing a chair if you think you'll need to sit down at some point during the class. Equipment students are expected to bring to class are:
Cost of the class includes all range fees, targets and instruction. The demand for this class is high and space is limited to 20 students per class, so be sure to sign up as soon as possible if you want to get into this class. Click here to view our Cancellation & Refund Policy |
